License Verification for the Public

To verify a license for a psychologist, school psychologist, or certified Ohio behavior analysist, please visit the eLicense license verification website. The Joint Commission and NCQA consider on-line status information as fulfilling the primary source verification requirement for verification of licensure in compliance with their respective credentialing standards.

License Verification for License Holders

To request verification of your license for another agency, please log into your eLicense Ohio account to submit a License Verification Service Request. Some agencies require a specific form to be completed by the Ohio Board of Psychology. Please submit the form to the Board at info@psy.ohio.gov.
