[§ 4732.17.3] § 4732.173. Findings, sanctions are public record.

Any finding made, and the record of any sanction imposed, by the state board of psychology under section 4732.17, 4732.171 [4732.17.1], or 4732.172 [4732.17.2] of the Revised Code is a public record under section 149.43 of the Revised Code.
