The principal office of the state board of psychology shall be in Columbus, but it may meet or conduct business at any place in this state. The board may empower any one or more of its members to conduct any proceeding, hearing, or investigation necessary to its purposes. The board shall meet at least twice annually and at such other times as it determines. Special meetings may be called by the president and shall be called by the secretary upon the written request of two members.
The board shall make such rules as are necessary to conduct its business.
The board may employ such assistants and clerical help as are necessary to administer and enforce this chapter.
